This seems like a very scary card to face. I mean, the ability to copy powerful On Play effects while gaining inheritable effects, and the ability to cut down your opponent's deck too. Not to mention it's a Level 7 that can be played for potentially only 3 cost. Clearly Bandai knows what they're doing.
At first I thought this card was mid. I mean, I really wanted a De-Digivolve to rookies like in the anime. But reading what this card does and the others, I'm scared. This guy is going to be a menace when he comes out.
