Please Bring Back Ability to Permanently Delete our Decks!

Basically the title. 

While I appreciate the restore feature (it's great in case we delete something by mistake), I miss having the ability to permanently delete decks we've deleted on purpose, like in version 1.0. 

I like to publish a new version of the same deck, because the Update Log tends to take up a lot of space if you make frequent updates to it, making the deck's profile page look cluttered after awhile, at least from a reader's perspective. 

I also imagine that there's a maximum number of decks that can be stored on the website (whether in the "published" or "deleted" sections), so having the option again would help minimize bandwidth and data usage.

There's no worry in terms of bandwidth in terms of deck storage, we could probably store hundreds of millions of not more but I definitely understand the sentiment of wanting to permanently delete decks.

I'll add that back in! I'll add an option to permanently delete decks in the restore section. It'll probably be Monday it goes live since I'm having a small break for the weekend.

Interesting note on the changelog too. Maybe I can better refine that 🤔 Thanks for the feedback!

Regarding the Changelog, I just want to clarify that Version 2.0's is MUCH BETTER than the previous one! The update text being automatically hidden from view really helps! So, I don't think it needs any major changes. 🙂
