Not sure if this is a bug, but ever since 2.0 went live, I've been unable to delete my deck lists.
Trying to do so results in an error message.

No problem!
If it helps, the message that pops up reads, "An error occurred when trying to delete your deck."

Fixed! Decks can now be deleted. Deleted decks can now also be restored in the future from here: https://digimoncard.io/decks/mine
