Pack sim results sometimes Includes Starter Deck cards and always both SEC rare cards

When opening packs in the sim, sometimes a starter deck card will appear.
I've had this happen in BT-05 with ST9 impearialdramon and EX-02 ST10 Mastemon.

And if you pull a SEC rare in the pack you are garanteed to pull both of the ones avaible in the box, atleast as far as me and my friends have experianced.
