Card Set "Add to Collection" button no longer showing

I just went to add the new set to collection to start tracking, only to find that the button that used to be under the set image "add to collection" is no longer present. It was a couple weeks ago when I was rolling through trying to get my stuff recorded to find out what I was missing.

This is now re-implemented with better logic attached to it. On our set pages there is now an "Add to Collection" button.
