Personally, I think 4 copies of Shoto Kazama (EX7-064) is a bit excessive. I would run 3 and swap the fourth one for either 1 more Anemoi Embrace (ST18-15), or 1 of the other Shotos (Shoto Kazama (P-133)  or Shoto Kazama (BT20-085)). Looks like a very reasonable list to me!
