One of my favorite decks of all time, Vulcanus is a deck that takes specific sets of skills to pilot well. If you can play Justimon, you can play Vulcanus.

If not for certain lockdown combos, the level 5 would not be needed at all. In most cases, you're just going to slam Vulc and go wild. Have fun Tamers!
