Deck Primer

This is my current theory crafting build for Plutomon.  The idea of the deck is actually pretty simple.  You use floodgate rookies as well as the dog engine to cycle through your deck while slowing your opponents down.  You use a variety of option cards to cycle even further and gain more memory or even trigger reduced cost evos.  Plutomon can play Purple Scramble for free off of its on evolve which lets it then convert into a two cost Ruin Mode.  It is basically a more
