My egg and rookie set are for draw power, 26 2-color cards for a 52% draw rate with salamon as well as increasing the number of Meiko triggers. 

Running the Mirei package since it's a staple of the build and combining Mirei and Meiko makes hard playing Raguelmon easier. I chose Raguelmon over Ophanimon Falldown because it's easier to combo into Ordinemon as well as serving as a panic button should you find yourself at 1 or less security.

I also decided to run Meicoomon so that there would be a higher probability of benefitting off enemy security checks, boosting the number of triggerable cards to 17 which sets the hit rate to a decent 34% instead of 28% (Nearly a 1 in 3 chance).

Play testing the deck myself I can confirm that it is really quick, but tweaks could probably be made to improve it, however, this is my recommended list.
