Played 1 game with the deck without Invasion of the Titans and felt I was wrong to build it that way. Just couldn't picture the deck passing 5+ memory on a turn. 

But it felt like the deck wanted to do control + tempo plays until it passes a lot of memory to play a Titamon + SkullBaluchimon using Assembly and potentially a Tsunomon discount to take control of the game. So Dan Yuki & Kanan Yuki and Invasion of the Titans feel like cards you want on the table those turns.

Titamon + SkullBaluchimon does not have a once per turn restriction on deleting your oppent's lowest level digimon, so you'll clear quite a lot if you have fuel to discard.
