This is a hypothetical Necromon "Starter Deck" that breaks some of my established rules in favor of a more consistent deck.

In the construction of this starter deck, I had a few rules:

-No cards from other existing starter decks

-No cards from after the release of the first set that the archetype was introduced in (Broken)

-Try to align the chosen cards with the archetype as much as possible

-Follow the structure of ST17 and ST18 in terms of card ratios: (14) Lv.3, (10) Lv.4, (10) Lv.5, (6) Lv.6,
