The new Koromon buffs the Shinegreymon deck immensely.

Since its specifically worded that a security needs to be removed in general, you can draw a card just by swinging with Marcus, and this combos incredibly well with the ex4 agu, and ex4 geogrey.

So if you have a full stack on board, you essentially draw 3 cards by swinging with Marcus, which is great because with this draw power you will most likely be able to build into a second stack in the back.

which is great because the biggest weakness of the shinegrey decks is that, if someone gets rid of your stack, and you aren't able to build up a second one, thats probably your loss.

while yes the bt13 geogrey hit, does hurt the archetype a bit, I do think that the koromon eggs do make up for it, because you are now more likely to draw into your Marcus Damon's form your deck.

the replacements you can make is obviously removing one burst mode to add one ruin mode

but also if you dont like the st7 geogreymons, you can use the kazemons as a replacement. The only reason I added the st7 geogreys was as a surprise security hit, and another potential stack to build off of.

The cool boys are a stretch but are their to potentially add more draw and potentially more memory since I am running agumon x and rizegrey x. You can remove the two offense training for it since you are more likely to miss now. But I wouldn't really suggest it since you do risk getting more inconsistent hits. But if you do want to run the cool boys, to help trigger cool boy more often, you can remove one bt12 rizegrey or even both, to add more rizegrey x's so you can trigger cool boy more often.
