This is my first attempt at building the Royal Base deck.  It is a weird deck that wants face up security to gain effects.  I don't really have anything else to say besides that it is Karns favorite deck most likely.  Speaking of which subscribe to his channel if you are not already.  KarnEX is the channel and he makes extremely good Digimon content.
