Created specifically for the Double Typhoon Cup (green only tournament) for ST17 pre-release.

Went back and forth debating on playing BloomQuantu with Quartz, but something about Rosemon: Burst Mode made me want to play this instead of the gg ez strat of throwing down Quartzmon. And, also, I mentally think Rose Burst can beat the Quartz turn. So... idk we'll see how it performs!
