This deck looks stupid intially. But there is a genius behind it. I generally with some of my friends and players at our weekly league get into these rookie pissing matches where it all comes down to a Rookie going for the security stacks to win, so I made an idea that the whole goal is to use the rookies to rush, but in a way they also can act as a shield when needed. This is a high risk, high reward deck, for if you can get enough of the rookies to damage the other player then you'll win, but you'll probably loose a lot of the rookies during your attacks but they're cheap to play.
