Deck Primer

A pure BT-22/23 Eater deck

Most of the cards are x3 as this deck cycles a lot thanks to almost every card having a Draw or Reveal, which also makes easier to reach the "rarer" x2

Options
Kuremi reveals, makes you choose one and the next turn gives you +2 Memory for a less "on the line" gameplay, making also less effective decks that can "steal" your memory (looking at you Beelzemon)
At 2 because we already have a lot of ways to generate/not use Memory

Hudie is a BT-22 Mirei that doesn't make you trash

Hudie is a BT-22 Mirei that doesn't make you trash 1 card in a deck where recovering from Trash is almost impossible. A thing that this card's Security actually does, making Bits and Species less "gone forever"
Obviously, its main thing is to allow you to play for free otherwise expensive tamers

Cyberspace it's more of a safenet. Not only it makes less pityful some of the Eaters' DPs but also make you gamble with the Security; you'd be surprised how many game-winning cards hide in there

Tamers
Akemi is a staple of this team, especially to make more proactive the Mothers once they drop. A great target for Hudie Net Cafè

Yuuko&Arata are the quite obvious sinergy. Many attackers fell to a 15000 DP Eater Adam (remember Cyberspace?). Their being "spit out" from their Eater form is also very handy for the aforementioned prolem of being a deck with no trash recovery. Which is also why Erika isn't here.

Yuugo, my boy. Further reducing Digimon costs following the deck gimmick AND allowing me to play more useful tamers for 2 Memory?
Yes please

Digimon
Now, the main dish.
The gameplay is quite straightforward: play as many Eater as possible and be as aggressive as you can so to build fast enough the Mother Pile

14 Eater Species, because duh. The Inherited we want, Blocker and let you Draw 1

4 Bits because we can't stuff more. A Decoy with its own rules, that can use Mother's breeding effect or being shoved in the Digievolution pile in its own accord

3 Legion as its still an expensive mf, but a necessary one. Summos UP TO 6. So 2 Species, 2 Bits, 1 and 1 or a whole Eve/Human

3 Human because we already have Hudie for summoning Tamers and it requires to actually check the opponent Security to summon one. But it's also a 6000 that costs 2 since we probably have an army of Species already, shoves it in the Digievolution pile and makes us Draw for the digievolution reward

2 Eve, Adam and EDEN. Could be a controversial reasoning but here's the thing: they need a Tamer or in EDEN case a Digimon, to be played at a reasonable cost and while good, the goal is to summon the Mothers. Those guys are for harassing, between blocking Suspend phases, destroying Cost 7 Digimon/threatening with an Attack +1 and removing dangerous Digimon/Tamers.
To be tested, one could trade an Akemin for an EDEN, but feels like a gamble. Depends on your average opponent.

Of course, like many builds, this too has been tailored both for favoring its own playstyle and keeping in mind the decks I play against more often.
