Ban List Violation

This deck does not conform to the current ban list:

  • Digivolution Plug-In S (EX2-070) is restricted to 1 copy, but this deck contains 4.
Deck Primer

Now my 4th take on the Red/Yellow Sakuyamon list that I truly think has legs, though I'm now faced with the possibility that I'm too tied to wanting to play the full Sakuyamon line, when it's quite possible that the best version of this deck is just a ShineGreymon list that runs the Sakuyamons at the top end and cuts down on the number of plug-ins.

*Edit* - With yesterday's announcement of the restriction on Sunrise Buster to a 1-Of I've decided to take a 5th swing at the list! Aside from shaving

Aside from shaving the required SBs, I reorganized the rest of the deck, shaving some of chaff and trying to make the curve a bit more consistent, since though the deck is quite strong when it goes off, it had a propensity to brick and force you to hard play the level 4s and 5s on occasion. There's also much less reason to be running the red package since you're less inclined to hard-cast Sunrise Buster. Ultimately it may be that I need to cut some tamers and the RizeGreymon package in favor of further smoothing out the curve, but I'm going to give this build a try before resorting to such extremes. This, however, does give me more hope for the Blue/Yellow version of the list as a functional alternative, so I will be revisiting that approach to Sakuyamon in the future, now that this one has been somewhat gutted.
