Ragnaloardmon was a deck I used to play but I dont have it anymore. Its still really cool and fun but for what it does it cant do so much especially with decks out speeding it like crazy right at this moment.
Alot of the cards in this list can be swapped around and such for better ratios and to focus more on certain tech cards and to how you see fit.

I would recommend playing one Tai or the other.
Garnets can be played as a 3 of but its one of your better searching tools for the deck so I dont completely

ST Ragnalaordmon can be put to be another bt3 Ragna.
You dont have to play Mythical Arms of Salvation but I do believe it can be a funny card at times letting you just play out a Ragnaloardmon if a stack were to die.
Mega Digimon Assembly is a funny tech to be able to go into your DNA Ragna's faster, its better for Ragna ACE as it loses sources with ST Ragna but it can still be good with that if your opponents has low enough security to finish game.

Some of these options can be put into 2 categories of focusing on either Ragna Ace or ST Ragna. 
Ace is way more defensive in how its played and works better with some of these tech cards like MDA! and MAoS!.
ST Ragna is a lot more offensive, doing a lot of checks sorta using Durandamon as your main boss to go into to do checks then using ST Ragna as a way to finish game.
