Deck Primer

My take on a Puppet deck that focuses on the using the main Cendrillmon/Nyabootmon line of cards as much as possible

- I find the main Chapero/Cendrill/Nyaboot line to have many ways to climb up the line quickly and make the board feel very offensive and defensive at the same time

- Sistermon works with puppet line suprisingly well! Added her in for a bit of extra board control that most folks don't expect
