TL;DR

Add in another BT13 Marcus, Replace EX4 Shine with more BT12 or RizegreyX; 3/3split with Shinegreys; Consider Sunrise Buster for Final Shining Blast.

Hate the name, suggested ratios:

Consider cutting down on at least one option. Rationale: This deck wants to move fast. With it's current set up, you only have 3 memory most turns. Playing that would most likely put your opponent to 5, maybe 4 depending on the marcus played and board state. I'd recommend adding in a 4th of the Marcus OR a sunrise buster here. If your desire is hoping this in security, you'll rarely see it there. With a 8th Marcus you can increase your likelihood of seeing it in security and grabbing with Geogray, or having in hand for play with rizegrey. More marcus, the better. Also, if you're ok with running an option at one, might as well run Sunrise Buster. with your amount of tamers and ease if play getting them, sunrise could be the same damage or even more!

Consider replacing EX4 Rizegrey. Rationale: It's the only level 5 that won't play/recover a Marcus. It's impact is just DP reduction, which is swell and everything, but most of the deck is doing that so it may be redundant. I'd recommend going to 4 of the BT12 Rize or adding in Rizegrey X in it's place. Both play tamers from hand. Rizegrey X gives you a bit more draw while you're going through your places, but would cost 4 otherwise which isn't always great.

Shinegrey even split. Rationale: BT12 Shinegrey is great IF you only have BT12 Marcus, but for a well-rounded deck & value with BT13 Marcus, add in BT13 Shinegrey. Big DP reduction, purpose for BT13 Marcus after first played.
