D reaper with a turbo idea in it. Pay 3, scry 3 get another source for mother which decreases all costs and helps the dp reduction effects of new Jeri and the option card it feels like a no brainer. Might even be worth going down to 1 x antibody for it. 

 

Pilades head taken out completely because most decks that are immune to DP reduction also have destruction immunity as well so if you can't remove with -DP you are probably hosed anyway.

Might be worth considering if gatekeeper is worth it as well (probably still is) but there could be a faster option that rather than defend you just outright can hit harder than the opponent can deal with.
