First thing is, you NEED to play a full play set of BeelStarmon. She's your main Digimon you want to theme the deck around. In terms of speed, this is going to run slowly. I would highly recommend playing x4 copies of Eyesmon: Scatter Mode as that is the most reliable way in order to build trash with the Options/Musketeer cards. You just can't risk blinding milling from the deck in this meta. In turn, due to how reliable Eyesmon: Scatter Mode is, Deputymon is obsolete and is definitely no longer needed for the deck. Especially if you aren't going to be playing any of the other Musketeer cards (Gundramon/MagnaKidmon) There's always the chance of missing with Deputy's on play skill, and with the current cards you have in your list, those chances are very high.

You also definitely don't need Susanoomon. Its not the deck for it. The +2 Security checks is nice as well as being able to delete, but you'll already be wanting to swing into security with your smaller bodies in order to gain those deletion effects to draw an discard to build your trash. By the time you realistically get a Susanoomon out, there's hardly any security to check. Plus, you already delete with options via BeelStarmon for free essentially as well as just having access to the option cards to delete. Whereas for Susanoomon you need a Lv.6 in order to just get out.

Overall, the deck is very cluttered and you seem to be wanting to do more than what's actually necessary. The whole play style of a Musketeer deck is to get the BeelStarmon out for as little cost possible and start controlling the board with the 7 Cost Options. Whether its to delete an opponents digimon or to build back board with blockers. I would suggest streamlining the deck to focus on actually getting those extra draws and discards. You're entire Lv. 5 pool of Digimon are really not needed for this particular deck. Kimeramon especially. Fly Bullet already deletes and covers more for the same cost. You don't need LadyDevimon since Eyesmon: Scatter Mode draws more cards and is only a Lv. 4 so its much more cost effecient to actually digivolve into.
