Deck Primer

Originally started out with the AD01 recommended list (using only cards from AD01) but I think this build has a higher ceiling (and with the addition of BT21 Guilmon arguably more consistency).

Also adding in a MedievalGallantmon as it is still searchable (or discardable if you need to) off all of the guilmons and is a different type of removal/might be unexpected from your opponent.

I am also opting to play more of the BT12 Takato (and wargrowlmon from AD01) as I think I prefer the option of having

I am also opting to play more of the BT12 Takato (and wargrowlmon from AD01) as I think I prefer the option of having (a little bit) of clapback/recovery if worst comes to worst over more pure firepower.

Ideas for some cheaper alternatives - at the time of writing decreases the price by around $45-ish:

Swap the "X Antibody Proto Forms" for the normal BT9 "X Antibody"
Swap "MedievalGallantmon" for either BT17 "Gallantmon: Crimson Mode ACE" or another "Gallantmon (X Antibody)" or maybe a P-186 "Gallantmon".
Not much of an improvement here, but you can probs swap the "Omnimon X Antibody" to a 4th copy of "Gallantmon (X Antibody)" too
