You play this as a standard Galacticmon deck and if you happen to draw into "Flamedramon, Dorbickmon, and Ragnaloardmon" together while your "Galactimon" stack is in play, you DigiCross into "Dorbickmon" and tuck "Flamedramon" into it's inherited. Then [End of Turn] you DNA into "Ragnaloardmon" with "Dorbickmon" + "Galacticmon" and clear between 2-4 security cards, and swing with [Blitz] for game. The "WarGreymon" could be replaced with the Promo BWG [Digiburst] version to take advantage of the huge stack you're building for "Galacticmon" and get multiple swings at 11k in a single turn, but I wanted to try out the blast version as it has some synergy with the deck. Bonus, BWG is Dragonkin, so can be tucked under "Dorbickmon" to get additional cards for your "Ragnaloardmon" stack/effect.
