Okay it seems like you have give me a lot to talk about here. First things first, the rookies. Why are you not running four of the BT 14 Commandramon? You do realize that is arguably the most important card the deck has ever received? It's search effect digs extremely deep and sets up for your combos, has a protection inheritable that actually matters, and can be spammed in multiples. That thing is the searcher that every other deck wish they had. Also run 4 of the anime on if you are running four of the Satsuki. They work extremely well together and a 3 cost level 4 can be used to apply a ton of pressure early game. Remove the Shuu Yulin. Strong card but just not needed here. I recommend running 3 of the Rush Sealsdramon. It is a life saver. I don't run the old Darkdramon so I cannot say much about it besides it being a great finisher. The EX 3 Darkdramon on the other hand I actually run as a 2 of. The Brigadramon is mandatory. DCD Bomb is a little bit of a catch 22 for me. I play it as a one of but no more than that. I would much rather be running DG Dimension or Ultimate Flare as a Black Removal Option. They cost more but they can be used more easily and have better effects when used. I recommend running one copy of all three actually. The Cyberdramons are not a D-Brigade or Digi-Police card and honestly J wish it was. It is a really good card in the deck outside of that. I also recommend running two BlackSerephimon Ace in the deck. You can easily get the bodies on board for it and it helps turn the tides of the battle. I never played Pride Memory Boost since I don't own any copies but I do run three of the Metropolitan Police Department, Community Safety Bureau, Cyber Crime Division, Investigation Unit 11, Digimon Crime Response Team. And yes I actually typed that out. It is an extremely powerful card. As for the new Commandramon. I don't run it. I simply don't have the card nor do I plan on running it right now. I play 4 of the 2 cost Commandramon instead. That is all I have to mention here. I hope my advice helps out a little.
