i like a lot of the cards in the ex collection to supplement the "bad" diaboromon. Theres no argument that promo diaboro is flatly better but its just not realistic for most people to drop 80 dollars for ONE copy of a card, you could call the the more "budget" version. with 3 sets worth of this whole line to play with theres a lot of tools for a diaboromon stack to have some interesting effects. I truly think some of the cards from the ex collection make bt2 diaboro a lot more playable of a card.

I truly think some of the cards from the ex collection make bt2 diaboro a lot more playable of a card. getting ex diaboro out can make all your tokens blockers, alternatively if you have a line with ex kurisari you can use bt2's mechanic of sacking a token to survive any kind of deletion, which would then unsuspend him, potentially usefull for swinging again (maybe for game) or to cycle in another token that could again be used to sack a hit/ would make him safe from swings since he would be unsuspended.
