This is my current build for Dorugoramon.  If you have a second copy of ProtoForm then run it over a copy of Black Scramble.  You could also run a second Black Memory Boost over the scramble or Protoform as a budget option.  Outside of the whole budget talk.  If you have been following my posts for a while, it should be clear that Dorugoramon is my most played and updated deck.  I constantly update it depending on what the format calls for.  I've been tinkering with the deck since BT16 and am happy

I've been tinkering with the deck since BT16 and am happy to say that the deck is still solid.  It isn't meta breaking or anything.  Oh who am I kidding the deck breaks any deck if it gets to it's pieces fast enough.  The deck is memory efficient and can delete tamers.  Collision, forcing Digimon to attack, unsuspending whenever something gets deleted, playing stuff from trash, almost full effect immunity, heavily punishing deletion, mind link, de-Digivolve, and lots of card draw.  This deck is so potent that it has to be respected.  It just takes time to find your pieces to start controlling the game.  However, if you get a good enough start you can put your opponent into an extremely bad position from your very first or second turn.  It all depends on your starting hand and what you draw for turn.  Luckily the deck draws a decent chunk during its setup.  You can find pieces during that time.
