Ban List Violation

This deck does not conform to the current ban list:

  • Fenriloogamon (BT17-069) is restricted to 1 copy, but this deck contains 2.
Deck Primer

This is one possible build with the new Digimon Seekers cards.  This build focuses on the Loogamon half a little more.  I went through 4 separate versions during theory crafting to get here.  I am running two of the BT 16 Solloogarmon to make it more likely for me to go into the BT 17 Fenriloogamon which lets the deck have a little more recursion.  This deck digs deep into their deck so I can afford to run it as a 2 of along side the three of Kazuchimon and three of the new Fenriloogamon.

What I have noticed from the new support is the lack of unsuspend effects.  All other Loogamon decks rely on multi attacks but this one doesn't.  It has far more removal and more control tools though.  It seems like they are going to restrict or ban something from the old stuff.  Probably the old Takemikazuchi.  My bet is restrict to one.  Analog Youth and Ukkomon are likely getting restricted as well.  The BT 17 Fenriloogamon isn't an unfair card.  But a lot of people want to see it get restricted as they think that it provides way too much recursion.  I agree that it is a good card but it is only good when used with the Takemikazuchi.  As for the old Kazuchimon, no hit.  I don't think it will get hit but I expect that the new one will overtake it in Takemikazuchi decks.  Mostly due to the rarity.  With a new Kazuchimon I expect that the old one will go down in price as more and more people won't be using the old one in Takemikazuchi decks.  I am also expecting Jack Raid to get restricted.  Possibly a choice restriction with Shoto and Mother D Reaper.  Personally I want it to stay as it creates a new type of deck building.
