Deck I went undefeated with at Locals. Rasen with Silphy and Aquila in stack cleans most boards. Kaze helps close in a few matches, and every once in a while you can get the 5 security combo. (Rasen Fury with Angewo in stack + Lightning Joust: Rasen Fury (with 15K) hits for 3, goes into Rasen for free, Rasen (with 16K) checks for 2 after bursting Fury). 

If Pulse and Kimera are too pricey, they could be swapped for BT8 Armadillo and ST10 Angewo.
