A long enough name, I know, but it basically explains exactly what the deck is looking to do: win the game through a typical Security Control approach. It's called Midzoo as well because I like playing Megazoo a lot and getting strong on play or attacking effects, but don't like how much your opponent can build their board up off how much memory you give them, so I've gone with the middle of the road approach with how much memory you gjve them.
