Deck Primer

A deck focused on rapidly playing out Terriermons and Rapidmons in an aggressive playstyle.

BT17 Willis is a rather overlooked card; which allows Terriermon or Lopmon to digivolve for a -2 cost whenever a Terriermon or Lopmon is played. This card does not restrict what Terriermon and Lopmon digivolve into; which notably allows you to use ST17 Henry's effect as a digivolution methord if you meet the requirements. Willis also grants +2k DP to a green digimon. This notably gets you across thresholds

This notably gets you across thresholds such as above 13k on MegaGargomon ACe, making you safe from most lv6's in security [and inheritables can make MegaGargo even able to swing over lv7's]

You can play discounted or free Terriermon and Lopmon via ST17 Terriermon's effect; Double Typhoon or BT17 Gargomon's On Deletion. This is also why the deck is running 4 ST17 Lopmons, despite the fact they cost more to digivolve into Rapidmons. Lopmon also grants Alliance, and if you swing with Alliance and Armour Purge; you get the 2nd swing even if you purge on the first check.

BT08 Shurimon is run due to it's ability to stun blockers. Despite the deck's focus on lv4's; 3 copies of ST17 Rapidmon are run for the De-digivolve effect as removal. At 7 cost; it's not even a bad slam to remove ACE cards; very few of them having protection from De-digivolution. Reverting a lv6 ACE makes Rapidmon effectively 3 cost; and a Lv7 ACE makes it effectively 2 cost, with likly a protection effect from having a tamer.

You could run BT16 RapidmonX. However, I'm a budget player and don't have it, and Rapidmon X is a less aggressive card than MegaGargomon ACE, and also dosen't have the blast evolution potential. If you have RapidmonX; I would not run more than a 2/2 split with MegaGargo ACE.
