The Shwarz generally takes care of that, as well the retaliation on Kaiser if they happen.
Generally though, I haven't had much issue with Psych. It could just be my locals or people don't want their own play costs reduce but he's not a problem I deal with often. 2 Death Claws could be added if that changes though.
