Basically you just build up to your level 6 and depending on which one is in your hand will depnd on what you want to look for. if you've got craniamon or wargreymon in hand, try not to use megadramon if possible, but if you have blackwargreymon definitely try to get megadramon so he gets that blocker. It's not the end of the world when you do have to use megadramon for craniamon or wargreymon, because you can digivolve into zwart defeat and he gets the blocker which is great.
