Deck Primer

The bulk of this deck is based on another list I've adapted which essentially is a belphemon list with bagra and hunters as the low end. Given what SkullMammothmon is going for I think thus list could work, but I'll be the first to admit it's a bit low on active discard methods. Just a first draft from which to work for the time being.
