I tested this deck, but it has some big problems.

BT13 Thetismon does nothing far too frequently. You only have six Lv.4 TeslaJellymon and only eight Jellymon rookies.

UlforceVeedramon BT2 can't get past blockers, 11000 DP is too small and this deck can't stun the opponents board and still attack on the same turn.

Overall, there is too little synergy between the hybrids and the rest of the deck.
