I been working on this deck for the last month. Focusing mainly on Board control.

WarGreymon (ST20-11) is a placeholder looking to play an extra Puppetmon (BT21-051) or Zephagamon (BT20-101) .
You have the Megakabuterimon and Lillymon for ace with Puppetmon/Zephagamon, Metalgreymon also work for Puppetmon.

Zudomon (ST21-04) and MetalGreymon (BT21-061) help you to take care of deck with a lot of board protection, Metalgrey gives you advantage over the Kaguyamon (EX9-033) so you should look to prioritize

Zudomon can also take care of the Karakurumon (EX9-032) and some of the Galaxy/CS pieces.

 

For Omnimon in either of its playstyles you should look to disrupt his game before reaching the lvl 5-6 as once omni hits the board is little to nothing that you can do to take care of it.
