Collection Overlay Feature

Hi everybody!

I just rolled out a new feature to the site to see your collection requirements when viewing a deck. This feature will check your collection against the currently viewed deck and tell you what you own vs what you need.

When enabled, this feature remembers it was enabled across the decks you are viewing. This feature is also live for the deckbuilder!

The "Collection Overlay" button will only show when the following requirements are met:

• Feature enabled in account settings (on by default)
• You have at least 1 card in your collection
