Hello, all! Here is a Venusmon build for the current (as of now) BT-14 meta.

Play style: The main goal is to get to Venusmon as quickly as possible. To help with that, we have BT-14 MagnaAngemon ACE that can be played for a cost of 4, as well as BT-12 Gokuumon who can reduce it's play cost by three if your opponent has a Digimon with "Security Attack" in play. (Note that it can be both negative or positive security attack to activate his effect.)

For the Digi-Egg, BT-8 Frimon gives you 1000

For the Digi-Egg, BT-8 Frimon gives you 1000 DP if you have 3 or more cards in your security stack. And with the amount of cards in here that has the "Recovery+1" effect, this is a valuable strategy. BT-14 Tokomon is here for draw power, although it can be put to the side.

Most level 3's are here to give your opponent's digimon "Security Attack -1" to pair with Venusmon's effect of stopping "When Attacking" and "When Digivolving" effects of your opponent 's digimon with "Security Attack". The Promo Patamon's inheritable effect helps Venusmon survive security checks more. And the BT-14 Patamon can digivolve without cost to help you get to Venusmon faster. And Pillomon acts as a floodgate. Which is helpful going against decks like the Royal Knights or Commandramon.

For the level 4's, BT-10 Darcmon's inheritable effect gives "Security Attack -1" to one of your opponent's digimon when attacking, which lets you keep control of the board. Promo Gatomon is there to keep Venusmon alive during security checks, and Zephyrmon is there in case you want to Digivolve over one of your tamers to end the game. It also has the added Bonus of being 6000 DP, Incase your opponent has a shinegreymon: Ruin Mode.

Goldramon is a fallback plan Incase you want to have an extra attacker as well as a blocker. And if your opponent gets rid of it, you can also get another card to your security stack if at least one of your tokens is deleted by Goldramon's effect.

ShadowSeraphimon' with it's ability to "De-Digivolve 1" when a card is removed from your security stack (Note: this effect is NOT a once per turn effect) as well as having (Recovery+1) and reducing your opponent digimon's DP by 4000 for each card in your security stack on deletion can help you get rid of some of your Opponent's most dangerous Digimon in a pinch.

Omnimon: Merciful Mode is another card that helps you git rid of your opponent's digimon when it digivolves, and while returning 10 cards from your opponent's trash to the bottom of their deck sounds like it could backfire, it can disrupt purple deck plays. Mainly Fenriloogamon.

For the option cards, we have Healing Therapy and Holy Flame to keep Venusmon's effect up. The ratios can change based on the situation, since Healing Therapy is better if you have Venusmon on the field, but Holy Flame gives a blanket effect of "Security Attack -1" for it's security effect.

Reinforcing Memory Boost can help you search and recover security cards, as well as the delayed effect of giving you 3 memory, and Physical Training, in my opinion, is better for this deck than Yellow Memory Boost simply for it's ability to reduce digivolution cost as well as reducing the risk of you having to put an important card on the bottom.

Emissary of Hope is here to help you get to Venusmon faster, as well as playing a Patamon from your hand or your trash without paying the cost if it gets hit while in the security stack.

Apologies for the long read, but hopefully it helps with understanding the deck.
