I started playing in BT9 and one of the first cards I ever looked at and thought, "what could I possibly do with you" was Baihumon. An older version of this deck exists and seeks to play out Baihumon with reboot and blocker as fast as possible, but there was no good searching synergies with what was available.

I started playing in BT9 and one of the first cards I ever looked at and thought, "what could I possibly do with you" was Baihumon. An older version of this deck exists and seeks to play out Baihumon with reboot and blocker as fast as possible, but there was no good searching synergies with what was available.

Now with the new EX4 black base for Omnimon, I have found a supremely fast way to get up to Baihumon and nearly guarantee it'll have blocker and reboot every time. Then to go along with Baihumon's slow burn-style of game play I've opted for the new BlackSeraphimon and Quartzmon to supplement the control-ish nature of the original deck. That said a perfectly reasonable version may be made out of any combination of the listed sideboard cards, for example the Gaiomon package can pair nicely with either Alter-B or MagnaLoardramon for not aggressive strategies, while Metallicdramon and Craniamon offer better protection to Baihumon itself. Further experimentation is likely needed to find the best fit for this type of list.

The list is still brand new to me, so the level balance likely isn't very well tuned yet, but I think this has promise as a fun deck to play casually.

*Note 4 July 2023* I updated the list after playing with it and realizing that it needed more search to get consistency. That and I realized that the Alter-s tamer is a bit of a trap and could be doing more as another card.

*Note 12 July 2023* upon further play, the deck really struggles with consistently finding it's level 3s and 4s so I've mixed up the ratios a bit more. Additionally, the options are just a bit too expensive in the current meta so I went with some Kongous and added some more Blocker support with the 2 mem Tai. I'm seriously considering cutting the Quartzmons in favor of the Craniamon, just because of how strong effect immunity is when all your digimon have blocker, but the deck still isn't quite consistent enough to have 2 stacks all the time so I haven't made that change just yet. More testing to follow.
